On roofs and siding, the cleaning mix kills the algae and mildew at the root. The water is just there to rinse. That's what keeps pressure off surfaces that can't take it.

A spinning surface cleaner covers the slab evenly instead of leaving the arc marks a hand wand always does. Edges and joints then get detailed by hand.
Your plants get protected
Beds and shrubs are soaked before we start and rinsed when we finish. It's a small step that gets skipped constantly, and it's why landscaping ends up burnt.
No surprises on the invoice
You get a firm number before we start. Not a starting rate, not an hourly meter — the price for the job in front of us.
If we get there and it turns out to be less work than the photo suggested, we say so. If it's more, we tell you before we start, not after we've finished.
