How much does it cost?
It depends on size and how dirty it is, which is why we don't publish a flat rate that would be wrong for half the jobs. Send a photo and you'll get a real number, free.
Is pressure washing safe for my roof?
High pressure is not — it strips the granules that protect your shingles. That's exactly why roofs get soft washed instead: low pressure, and a solution that kills the algae.
Do you need my water?
We carry our own, so a property with no working outside tap is no problem. If yours is available and convenient we'll happily use it.
How soon can you come out?
Usually within the week, and often sooner. Spring and early summer get busy, so it's worth calling ahead if you have a date in mind.
Do you do commercial work?
Yes — storefronts, offices, awnings, metal buildings and dumpster pads, scheduled around your opening hours. We can also set up a regular cleaning schedule.
