Out of town is fine
A lot of what we clean isn't in a subdivision — farmhouses, shops, metal buildings, cabins and lake properties.
We carry our own water, so no hookup at the property is not a problem. If you're on a gravel road twenty minutes out, that's still a normal day for us.

Good to know
Do I need to be home?
Not usually. As long as we can get to the outside taps and the areas being cleaned, plenty of our jobs get done while people are at work. We'll send photos when it's finished.
How long does a job take?
Most house washes and driveways are a half-day. A roof soft wash on an average home is two to four hours. We'll give you a realistic window when we quote it.
Will it damage my plants?
No. Beds and shrubs get soaked down before we start and rinsed off afterwards, which dilutes anything that reaches them. It's standard on every job, not an extra.
How often should this be done?
Most homes around here look best on a yearly house wash. Roofs vary a lot with how much shade and tree cover they get — anywhere from two to five years is typical.
What if it rains?
Light rain doesn't affect the result. If the weather is bad enough to matter we'll call you and move it, at no cost.
